Come What May

Written by

January has that something special to it. Classically, it represents renewed beginnings – a reset. I feel this attitude especially because it happens to be the month I was born in. In actuality, the new year does not always have the fresh cut one might be hoping for. I can assure you, even if the last 356 days spun by to make one long – what feels like – 24 hours, 2025 can be the beginning of something grand.

For you, it might be a new training or certificate that boosts your skills beyond belief or a new chapter in your career entirely. For DERMASCOPE, January is the beginning of year-round celebration. The occasion? We are turning 50!

Speaking of medical aesthetics, readers will find their selection of primary articles breaking down a facet of the subject, including prejuvenation and dermatologic surgery. Whether beyond the scope or not, medical aesthetics is not a subject the working professional can be oblivious to anymore.

Here is to the next 12 months! May they be kind. May they bring peace. And most importantly, may they come.
