Jane Iredale, President/Chief Executive Officer and Founder of jane iredale – THE SKIN CARE MAKEUP addressed the monthly meeting of the Berkshire Business and Professional Women (Berkshire BPW) organization. The event was held at the Kemble Inn, Lenox. Seventy-five members of the organization were in attendance for the talk. Iredale discussed what inspired her to create her own line of mineral makeup, particular challenges she has had to overcome to produce a globally recognized product line, and specific advice to women entrepreneurs who are trying to find their own way to a successful path in business. After her talk, Iredale answered questions from the members ranging from product development to her views on the current business environment.
