MaryAnn Guerra

MaryAnn Guerra, founder of Aesthetics Biomedical, has a history of creating organizations that yield results and advance innovation. Her career has focused on taking important scientific outcomes and translating them to medical products. Guerra previously co-founded BioAccel, a non-profit that accelerated the formation of successful biotech start-up companies and was chief operating officer of the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen). Her impressive career also includes senior leadership roles at the National Institutes of Health including director of technology transfer, NIAID, executive officer, NHLBI, and deputy director of management, NCI. Guerra has also received numerous awards including Aesthetic Everything Top Woman CEO and Top CEO, Phoenix Business Journal Business Leader of the Year, and Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Woman of the Year.
