Celebrating Nelson Mandela’s 67 years of devotion to social justice, Dermalogica, Inc. took worldwide action to empower local communities, children, and women entrepreneurs. At Dermalogica corporate headquarters in Carson, Calif., more than 200 employees assembled backpacks of school supplies for the local area’s Boys and Girls Club. Dermalogica teams worldwide also gathered clothing for women’s shelters and conducted online auctions to benefit joinFITE.org, including $6,700 (NZD) generated by Dermalogica New Zealand and $6,000 (USD) raised by Dermalogica Vietnam. All funds raised for joinFITE will be used towards helping women around the world to start or grow a business through microloans.
