Foeniculum vulgare, or fennel, is an herb that was originally cultivated in the Mediterranean and has a flavor that is similar to licorice. Like many herbs, fennel contains phosphorous, zinc, beta-carotene, and vitamin E, nutrients that have long been known to be beneficial for healthy skin.

Due to the nature of a skin care professional's work, it is not uncommon for their bodies to feel the burden of their work. The treatments they provide their clients can sometimes lead their bodies to aggravation, over-strain, fatigue, and terrible posture due to repetitive actions.
The neck is often a neglected area during skin care professionals' treatments and clients' homecare regimen. Clients spend so much time focusing on their face, but often go without addressing the neck area, which is one of the first places to show signs of premature aging. Everyone needs to pay more attention to this essential part of the body.
Do: Wear wide-brimmed hats and sunglasses. In addition the daily use of sunscreen, clients should be wearing protective clothing for additional protection. Wearing sunglasses is also important as ultraviolet exposure increases the risk of various eye diseases.
