When it comes to an anti-aging facial, clients want three things: Amazing results, an amazing experience, and zero down time. By combining the correct amounts of non-invasive peptides, AHAs, exfoliators, and treating moisturizers you can give them all three; jumpstarting your client's anti-aging results and take home regimen. Step 1 – Cleanse Cleanse skin with a cleanser that contains glycolic acid peptide. Concentrate on areas of congestion and massage for about two to three minutes. Rinse with warm water using facial sponges. Step 2 – Tone Tone the skin with a lactic acid peptide based toner. Step 3 – Exfoliate Apply steam. Exfoliate and massage skin with vitamin C based exfoliant for two to three minutes. Follow with a peeling gel that is infused with lactic acid and peptides; massage over the top of crystals and let sit for five minutes. Step 4 – Purify After extractions, apply an enzymatic mask that also contains peptides to clarify complexion while infusing skin with Botox-like neuropeptides. Leave on for 15 minutes then remove with warm steamed towel. To amplify results you can massage skin with a peptide based serum prior to mask application. Step 5 – Treat Begin educating the client on the importance of peptides while applying your Botox-like serum to the face. Communicate to them that peptides are specific and have natural amino acid sequences that communicate within the skin to increase collagen production. These signals are needed every day to increase collagen and lift the look of fine lines and wrinkles. Step 6 – Moisturize Depending on the needs of your client’s skin, apply the appropriate moisturizing treatment to face, neck, and décolleté. Once again, you will want to use a moisturizer with peptides for this treatment. Step 7 – Eye Use a comprehensive eye treatment and gently massage around eye contour. Good ingredients to look for in your eye treatment product include: Vitamin K, Di-Peptides, green tea, and collagen boosting peptides. Step 8 – Protect Apply a mineral based SPF 30 to all treated areas including entire face, neck, and décolleté. Follow by prescribing the correct home care products for your client's daily and weekly use. Want to read more? Subscribe to one of our monthly plans to continue reading this article.
