Skin care professionals are planners. They like order, make lists, and have long-range goals. It is not an obsession, but a consideration for the future in being as prepared as possible. Most skin care professionals have found this strategy to be helpful in avoiding unnecessary angst. Enter COVID-19 and as things in life change, so must plans. It is important to stay positive, keep an optimistic attitude, and pivot as necessary. However, nobody is perfect, and stumbles are bound to happen. Mental clarity is difficult to achieve in the face of stress.
