These tumultuous times have shown that individuals are relying on social media for all things ranging from news to education to entertainment. Print and television ads no longer dominate the market. For example, younger consumers are heavily relying on social media platforms for all things skin care. One of these platforms that has set itself apart in the rise of the skinfluencer is no other than TikTok. It provides an entertaining yet digestible output of content in 60 seconds or less. Many aestheticians still do not realize the value of Tiktok. This platform can boost businesses to another level; it can open doors of unparalleled opportunities. There are multiple reasons as to why aestheticians should be utilizing TikTok; however, this will vary based on each individual practice.
