La Réserve Genève

Written by

La Réserve Genève Hotel and Spa is Geneva’s first contemporary five-star hotel.

Renovated by Jacques Garcia, the interior is reminiscent of an African lodge with a sophisticated and playful scheme. Of the 102 spacious rooms, including 17 suites, most have a private terrace or balcony with a view of the gardens and Lake Geneva. The hotel’s spa oozes glamour with 17 treatments rooms, hammams, saunas, large swimming pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness studio with personal trainers on hand. Luxurious treatments include products such as La Prairie and Cinq Mondes. In addition, spa users can dine in the spa’s sleek restaurant and bar.

La Réserve Genève Spa is known for its Nescens Better-Aging Program, designed to delay the effects of time by identifying each visitor’s anti-aging bio-individuality. With a medical checkup and a personalized action plan, the program aims at restoring the body’s balance through a long-term, healthier lifestyle. The program combines scientific precision with alternative methods, traditional practices, and avant-garde technologies to bring harmony to the body and mind. The team develops a treatment program, ranging from seven to 14 days, that is devised into two stages: detoxification and revitalization. For detoxification, phytotherapy, based on essential oils, oxygenation, draining cocktails, relaxing breathing techniques, massages, sauna, and an adapted diet, are used in conjunction to cleanse the body and prepare it for the next stage. Revitalization is specifically designed according to individual objectives and can focus on anti-stress, slimming, quitting smoking, restoring fitness, and beauty. The program can include yoga, gi gong, and shiatsu and Thai massages.
